There have been some requests in regards to the Gradebook and how it "grades". Please see new updated information in our FAQs explaining this. It is posted under CengageNOW Instructor/Getting Started/ Understanding How the Gradebook "Grades".

Recently, we have had the following problem reported:

When signing into SSO and attempting to click on the CengageNOW link, the following error message occurs: "A problem has occurred. Please contact Technical Support, with the following information: LI-007: Invalid token or SSO unavailable."

The following error may occur if the SSO session times out (invalid token) or if SSO is temporarily unavailable. The most common remedy is to return to your SSO dashboard, sign out and then attempt to log back in. In some cases, it may be necessary to clear your cookies/cache. Please refer to your browser's help file for additional information on this step. If the error persists, please contact our technical support for further assistance.
