Attention CengageBrain.com users: As of 01/12/2009, Adobe has issued a new release of their Adobe Reader software, Adobe Reader 9.3. If you experience issues viewing your eBook or eChapters, you will need to follow the instructions below. Windows XP: 1. Click on the Start Menu and locate the Control Panel (it may be under Settings). Next click on Add/Remove Programs then locate and remove the Oracle Desktop IRM. You should now be able to view your documents. Windows Vista/7: 1. Click on Start and locate the Control Panel. Next click on Uninstall Programs then locate and remove the Oracle IRM Desktop (if prompted to restart, choose no or cancel). You should now be able to view your documents. Mac: 1. Uninstall the SealedMedia Folder by dragging it to the Trash. You should now be able to view your documents. |
